Layaway Plan
Golden Gate Coins wants to work with you! We understand that budget constraints can prevent many collectors from adding the coins that they want to their collections. We are pleased to offer you the following layaway plan:

Any coin order of $100 or more can be purchased on our layaway plan. |

Please call us toll free at 1-877-MY-COINS to confirm the availability of the coin or coins you wish to purchase on our layaway plan. |

Mail us 25% of your order total as your down payment. Your down payment must be received by us within 10 business days from the time you placed your order. If payment is not received by us within this timeframe, we may relist your coin(s) and you may be ineligible to participate in our layaway plan in the future. If you are a California resident, you will be required to remit 8.25% sales tax in addition to your down payment. |

The balance of your order is to be paid by you in three equal interest-free monthly payments. |

We will bill you on the 1st of the month for each installment. |
|
Your monthly payments must be received by us on the 30th of each month. We will consider you to be in default if we have not received your payment by the due date. If you are in default, your coin(s) may be relisted and you may be subject to a 20% relisting fee (to be determined at our discretion). If for some unforeseeable reason your payment will be delayed and will not be received by us by the due date, please contact us immediately to advise us of the disposition of your payment. |

Your coin(s) will be shipped to you once we receive your final payment. If final payment is made by cashiers check or money order, we will ship your coin(s) to you immediately. If final payment is made by personal check, we will ship your coin(s) to you as soon as your check clears our bank. |

Golden Gate Coins will pay the postage and insurance on all layaway orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous USA! |

Any coin that has been purchased on our layaway plan is returnable. However, any returned coin which has been purchased using our layaway plan will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund check. All returned coins must be received by us within 10 days after your receipt or the attempted delivery of your order. A refund check will be mailed to you the following business day after our receipt of the returned coin(s). Any coin which has been removed from its original holder or tampered with is considered sold and is non-refundable. The cost of postage and insurance on all returns is the buyer's responsibility. We will not be held responsible for any uninsured returns that have been lost in the mail. |

A layaway purchase is a binding agreement. By entering into our layaway agreement, you are affirming that you are 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States. If you are under 18 years of age, your legal guardian must initiate the layaway plan, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. |
