Our Return Policy

Pursuant to A.N.A. standards, Golden Gate Coins offers a no questions asked return policy.  In the event of a return, we will refund your money if the coin(s) is received by us within 10 days after your receipt or the attempted delivery of your order.

PayPal customers will have their account credited by us upon our receipt of the returned coin(s).

All other customers will be issued a refund check that will be mailed the following business day after our receipt of the returned coin(s). 

Any returned coin which has been purchased on our layaway plan will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  This fee will be deducted from your refund check.  This applies only to returned coins that were purchased on our layaway plan. 

Regardless of your method of purchase, any coin which has been removed from its original holder or tampered with is considered sold and is non-refundable. 

The cost of postage and insurance on all returns is the buyer's responsibility.

Golden Gate Coins will not be held responsible for any uninsured returns that have been lost in the mail.
